ANAF announces measures to support the business environment: No interest and late penalties are calculated for the fiscal obligations due from the date of entry into force of GEO no. 29/2020

The Ministry of Public Finance, together with the National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF), announced on Tuesday that they have taken a series of measures to support the business environment, but also to support voluntary compliance, in the context of establishing the state of emergency, so that it is not calculates and does not owe interest and late penalties for tax obligations due from the date of entry into force of GEO no. 29/2020 and not paid until the cessation of these measures and, in addition, the measures of forced execution are suspended or not, by ordering, seizing and valorizing the goods at auction, of the budgetary debts.
