CBRE: Real estate investments increased by 17% in the first half of this year

The volume of real estate investments in Romania totaled approximately 395 million euros in the first half of 2020, 17% more than the same period last year, according to a statement from the real estate consulting company CRBE, sent on Thursday to AGERPRES. Office buildings were the most sought after properties by investors, accounting for 88% of the volume traded.
