President Klaus Iohannis signed the decree on the promulgation of the law on the approval of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 85/2019, for the completion of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 77/2011 regarding the establishment of some contributions for the financing of some expenses in the field of health.
