7 out of 10 Romanian employees want to continue working a good part of the time from home and after relaxing the measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus and get out of the state of emergency, Colliers International data show. Of these, 60% believe that working remotely would be useful at least 1-2 days a week, and 10% would like to work even 3-4 days from home in the next period. The office buildings in the portfolio managed by Colliers International continued to be operational during the state of emergency, with no projects under conservation, so it is expected that the work will be resumed gradually from 18 May.
