Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Romania will be able to purchase equipment and machinery on lease, with state guarantees, through a new government program to be operationalized, announced on Monday the National Credit Guarantee Fund for IMM (FNGCIMM), in a press release sent to StartupCafe.ro.
