Roho Healthy Food Investments SRL, part of the American investment fund Highlander Partners, which acquired the Ares medical centers, received the Competition agreement for the takeover of Sano Vita, a Romanian natural products business. It is the second transaction on the Romanian market in 2019 for Highlander, which took over in July the majority share of shares of Ares Medical Centers, in the field of cardiology, founded by several Romanian doctors.
