Dacia and Ford run the Romanian industry: Car production reached almost 500,000 units in 2019

Dacia and Ford’s car production approached the threshold of 500,000 units in 2019, according to information from the Romanian Association of Automobile Builders (ACAROM), with a total volume of 490,412 cars, up 3% from the previous year. Dacia was close to crossing the threshold of 350,000 units assembled on the local market, given that this is the installed capacity of the plant.
