European technology start-ups in the field of education (edtech) will be able to obtain financing from a new investment fund worth 40 million euros, recently launched. Venture capital firm Sparkmind.vc has launched the fund at a value of 40 million euros, but hopes to reach 60 million euros by the end of 2020. The new investment fund focuses on startup financing edtech in the Scandinavian and Baltic countries, but says he is mandated to invest outside this part of Europe.
