Factors that put Romania on the map of the most important employer in modern office space buildings
Over 131,000 people are currently employed in the sector of BPO (business process outsourcing) and SSC (shared service center), at national level, according to the data of the real estate consultancy company JLL Romania. At the same time, considering that the average office space per employee in this sector is about 8 square meters, it turns out that the respective companies occupy around one million square meters, that is a quarter of the modern stock of office space in Bucharest and the four main secondary markets in the country.
