Freight traffic through the ports of Constanta, Midia and Mangalia increased in the first four months by 3.31%, to 20.46 million tons, compared to last year, announced on Monday the national company Administration of Maritime Ports Constanta, which states that activity in ports Romanian maritime operations take place in normal parameters.
