The local IT industry is one of the most prosperous economic sectors, achieving in 2019 a turnover of over 5 billion euros, approximately 6% of Romania’s GDP. At the same time, IT companies have taken on the mission of supporting local and national communities by developing internal CSR campaigns or supporting various external social responsibility initiatives.
