Investors are interested in new real estate projects in Romania, even in the context of Covid-19 (study)

Real estate investors are still interested in new projects in Romania, even in the context of the Covid-19 epidemic, shows a study of the real estate consulting company Colliers International on the investment market, carried out among over 60 investment funds, developers, asset managers and banks. At the same time, 70% of the investors active in the land segment claim that they plan to conclude all or at least some of the transactions already in progress, according to a study dedicated to the land market carried out among 115 professionals active in this real estate segment.
