Decathlon is the undisputed leader of local sports equipment retail, with a turnover of about 200 million euros in 2018, the last year for which there are public data. The company has a local network of 27 physical stores, an online unit, a warehouse serving Romania, Greece and Bulgaria and an IT team working for 23 countries. At the same time, the company collaborates with several local factories in the production area.
