Labor market record: Over 1.2 million applications for various jobs were registered in June, with 35% over June 2019

The number of applications for a new job reached a record in June, with over 1.2 million applications submitted on the eJobs platform, 20% above the level of May this year and 35% above the level reached in June of the year last. “Fortunately, the number of jobs also increased significantly in June, with an increase of 35,000 compared to the previous month”, says Bogdan Badea, CEO of eJobs Romania.
