The employer will cover at least 50% of the duration provided for in the individual full-time employment contract, and the Government will subsidize 75% of the difference between the normal salary and the one for reduced working hours, according to the draft emergency ordinance for the introduction of Kurzarbeit. According to this project, the Government intends to apply the measure only in agriculture, tourism, event organization and HoReCa.
