The Russian group Lukoil, one of the most important players on the Romanian oil market, announces huge investments globally for the coming years. Lukoil Romania is one of the leaders of the Romanian oil market, with a share of approximately 20% of the total market for petroleum products. Currently, Lukoil Romania owns the Petrotel refinery and sells fuel through a network of 300 distribution stations.
