In a few days, the neighbors’ consent will not be needed when a company with a registered office is set up in a residential complex for housing purposes, according to a Law published in the Official Gazette and analyzed by the tax consultant Adrian Bența. Law 102/2020, which refers to this, enters into force on 5 July.
