Romania, SUV factory: Over 80% of production is from this segment
Over 84% of the cars manufactured in Romania in the first four months of the year, 103,746 units, were from the SUV segment. In total, Romania produced 123,059 cars during this period. Most SUVs manufactured in Romania were assembled at the Dacia Plant in Mioveni. Over 50,000 cars being Dacia Duster, according to the Romanian Automobile Manufacturers Association.
