The market for mergers and acquisitions exceeded 4 mild. euro in 2019, with 110 transactions, the highest level in the last ten years

The mergers and acquisitions market in Romania had 110 transactions in 2019, the highest level in the last ten years, and was estimated at 4–4.4 billion euros, taking into account the total amount of transactions with an officially declared and undeclared price, compared to a value between 3.8 and 4.3 billion euros in 2018, while the reported transactions totaled 1.7 billion euros compared to 1.9 billion euros in 2018, reports Deloitte.
