The outsourcing sector generated revenues of 4.5 billion euros in 2019 and is forecast to grow by 10% in 2020

The outsourcing sector in Romania generated revenues of 4.5 billion euros in 2019, and for the current year the specialists in the field forecast an increase of 10%. The outsourcing industry in Romania comprises 280 companies and more than 131,000 employees, according to data provided by the Business Service Leaders Association (ABSL).
