The outsourcing industry in Romania comprises 280 companies with 131,000 people, about 2.4% of the active population of Romania. For the next year, the Association of Business Service Leaders (ABSL) estimates that the number of employees will increase by about 10%. The most sought after qualifications in the industry are foreign languages, technical skills and financial knowledge.
