The possibility of reducing working time and encouraging telework, regulated by the Government
At Friday’s meeting, the government approved the draft GEO on some measures to support employees and employers and stimulate employment growth in areas affected by the interruption or restriction of activity, in the context of the coronavirus pandemic. One of the measures, which can be applied whenever a state of emergency / alert / siege is established, is the support provided by the state in the form of a temporary financing scheme for employees who will have a reduced work schedule.
