The state of emergency will take over another 30 days in Romania. The main businesses that have been closed so far
President Klaus Iohannis announced on Monday that he will extend the state of emergency for another 30 days in Romania as a result of the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, the state of emergency will be extended from April 15. Romania has been in a state of emergency since March 16. The government will make proposals in this regard. Also, it will be necessary to declare a significant increase of the budget deficit, for the payment of the technical unemployment and of the medical personnel.
