The volume of industrial and logistics spaces rented last year in Romania totaled almost 476,000 square meters, a value comparable to 2018, when total transactions of 514,000 square meters were registered. The evolution of 2019 has risen to the level of previous years, when record demands were recorded on the industrial space market. Another trend noted in 2019 is the increased interest of developers to attract customers with smaller areas, but which have strong growth potential.
