The most important deliveries of malls and retail parks this year were aimed only at cities outside Bucharest, while in the capital there was only one notable expansion. But overall, the ranking of the first ten new retail projects in 2019 added another 171,000 sqm to the over 3.5 million sq m already existing in the market.
