Blue Point, one of the most important Romanian call center service companies, moved its 250 employees to “home offices” in just five days, with the spread of the coronavirus epidemic and bought routers. With a lot of effort, and phones loaded three times a day, the company’s employees managed to do their job well from home and bring productivity to their work.
