The hairdressers and beauty salons across the country must request the certification of compliance with the rules of hygiene and public health by the public health departments, in order to authorize them, according to a new normative act that came into force in January 2020. We are talking about the Ministry of Health Order no. 15/2020 for the modification and completion of the Order of the Ministry no. 1030/2009 regarding the approval of the procedures of sanitary regulation for the projects of location, arrangement, construction and for the functioning of the objectives that carry out activities with risk for the health status of the population.
