Net investments in the national economy increased by 17.9% in 2019 and amounted to 104.12 billion lei, compared to 2018, according to the provisional data announced by the National Institute of Statistics (INS) on Monday. “In 2019, compared to 2018, the net investments made in the national economy increased by 17.9%, growth registered as follows: new construction works by 32.5% and machinery (including means of transport) by 9.3% . At other expenses there was a decrease of 2.1% ”, informs a statement of the NIS.
