Law: Hundreds of thousands of companies, exempted from bureaucracy with the declaration of real beneficiary at ONRC
Hundreds of thousands of private companies in Romania, which have as owners or associates only individuals, will be exempted from the bureaucratic obligation to submit the annual declaration on the real beneficiary to the Trade Register, according to a law approved by Parliament to amend Law 129/2019 , on preventing and combating money laundering.
