The central and ultracentral area of Bucharest attracted the most surprising transactions in 2019, as the investment returns remain attractive for investors, and future projects may support the higher price of land. On the other hand, the General City Hall also needs to get more involved, so that future projects will add value to the area, and the building will beautify the area, not crowd it.
