The design market for buildings and hotels in Romania has increased in recent years, and the demand for such projects has increased by 50% in 2018, compared to the previous year, says Eliza Yokina, senior partner of the Cumulus architecture office. In the project portfolio of the company are the works performed for Courtyard by Marriott 4 stars, Moxy 3 stars by Marriott, Autograph 5 stars by Marriott and Hilton Garden Inn 4 stars, which started in 2017 and 2018 and are scheduled to end in summer and autumn of 2019, respectively the beginning of 2020 and 2021.
