New cities of interest have appeared on the map of Romania, as is the case in Cluj-Napoca, Arad, Deva, Iasi, Sibiu, Craiova, Constanta, Brasov or, more recently, Bacau, destinations that attract more and more investors and where the big developers have began securing land for future factories or logistics parks, in the context in which the industrial sector began to mature, says Daniel Cautis, managing partner Dunwell.
