Zero interest loans for small businesses as a result of the coronavirus COVID-19

On Saturday, April 4, 2020, the Government Emergency Ordinance (GEO) 42/2020 was published in the Official Gazette, through which micro and small and medium-sized enterprises in Romania will be able to access bank loans with maximum ceilings from 500,000 lei to 800,000 euros. each, with zero interest rates and state guarantees, for easier access, in the context of the COVID-19 coronavirus situation.
